aerielpembrokeSome anons expressed interest in a friending meme, and since I for one always mean to participate in those but never manage to get around to posting, as an incentive and also because I don't mind "outing" myself... here we are!

fail_fandomanon. I also put up a post on LJ at http://ladyairy.livejournal.com/57859.html. I would do one for tumblr too, except that I still have no clue how tumblr works. Sorry!

The new shows I'm watching are Person of Interest, Arrow, and Orphan Black. The older fandoms that have my attention currently are 90s Star Trek (especially DS9), Xena (Callistoooo), and Smallville (don't judge).
Ships (if applicable): Gen/multishipper at heart. Odo/Quark, Sara Lance/Felicity Smoak, and Lionel Luthor/anyone.
Favorite FFA Threads/Threads you're most likely to be found in on FFA: Small fandom threads, unpopular opinions, research threads, and any threads about robots/AI.
What you post about and how often: On Dreamwidth and LJ I comment frequently, but post in my own journal rarely. When I do, my posts are mostly about vidding or tl;dr thoughts about whatever canon I'm into. I intend to try to post more, but I always intend that. I haven't entirely figured out Tumblr yet; right now my Tumblr is mostly reblogged Star Trek posts.
Anything else you want to talk about: Sometimes I want to talk about SFF novels (most recently Worm, the Vorkosiverse, and Greg Egan). I'm always interested in the relationship between technology and humans, particularly in how design shapes and interacts with group behavior. Also I use Linux, and sometimes I cry about the vidding software I use (Blender -- yes, I know it's not meant for video editing).
